Opening Doors to Care: Accepting Multiple Funders for Inclusive Services

We offer an affordable sliding scale fees for all of our individual, couples, and family sessions. When paying out of pocket for our services, clients will be held liable for any missed or late-cancelled sessions. Fees are payable at the time that services are rendered.

Several of our counselors are approved to accept Carelon as payment. There is no copay with this form of payment. Clients using Carelon to pay for their counseling services exist on a 3-strike basis, in which if a client misses or late-cancels their sessions 3 times, the client will be taken off of the therapist's caseload and put back onto the waitlist for services. 

Our behavioral services are covered through Medi-Cal/ Partnership. For services to be approved, Lost Coast Family Therapy must receive a written recommendation from a medical doctor. Please contact Lost Coast Family Therapy or fill out our waitlist application for more information. 

Redwood Coast Regional Center provides funding for behavioral services to individuals with a range of developmental disorders, including but not limited to ADHD and ASD. An official assessment through RCRC is required. Please contact RCRC for more information.
